Back Orders -
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Returns and Refunds -
We accept returns under the following conditions :
- We need to be notified of the return within 7 days of your receipt of the product (see contact us).
- The product must still be in the same condition as when it was posted. If it is broken or damaged since you received it, we will not accept it back.
- If open and/or un-sellable merchandise is returned to us, we reserve the right to deduct up to 50% from your refund. Please pack your returns carefully. Refunds are usually issued within 7 business days of receipt. During the holiday season, please allow up to two weeks for a credit to be issued.
- If the return is not due to an error of ours (i.e. you ordered it and then decided later on that you didn't want it), the buyer accepts full responsibility for all shipping costs and a 10% re-stocking fee will be deducted from your refund. If the item's factory seal was broken, we cannot accept the item back.
- If the return was due to an error of ours (i.e. - we accidentally sent the wrong merchandise), we will accept responsibility for all shipping costs. Please contact us if this is the matter. If the package is too large or too valuable, please feel free to contact us so that we can arrange the return. Your credit card will be refunded for the shipping or store credit can be issued to you.

Cancellations policy -
Orders may be cancelled as long as they have not been processed - usually the next business day. Please contact our to see if your order has not been processed and can still be cancelled. Pre-orders or back-orders can be cancelled anytime up until the item is in stock and your order has been processed.
Shipping Info. -
We aim to despatch your order within 24 hours. Please note that orders placed late on Friday will only be despatched on Monday. If there is a delay of more than 24 hours we will contact you by phone or e-mail. Most small items are sent via Royal Mail first-class recorded delivery post. Bigger and heavier items will go via Nightspeed.
